Our Return & Refund Policy is designed to make your shopping experience stress-free, straightforward, and secure.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
It must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
It must have all original tags still attached.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return process, please follow these simple steps:
Contact our customer support team at support@sukbell.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization and instructions on where to send your package.
Pack the items securely in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Trackable Shipping: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds and Processing
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund:
If your return is approved, we will immediately initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s or bank’s policies (usually 5 to 10 business days).
5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@sukbell.com with photos of the product. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including all shipping costs, at no extra charge to you.
6. Final Sale and Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons, or clearance policies:
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
Underwear, swimwear, or bodysuits without the hygiene seal intact.
Gift cards.
